In the Payment Reversals program, the Reverse button is greyed out due to Payment Redistributions that were automatically created by the Create Accounts Receivable program and the Expand/Collapse Installments process and cannot be reversed.

• When Reversing prior Payments: Receipt Not Reversible. Later activity exists on this Bill that prevents this Receipt from being reversed.
• When Reversing Payment Redistributions:Reversing this Receipt would cause one of more installments or lines on the Bill to have a negative paid balance.
