  1. Navigate to ESS > Administration > User Administration

  2. Search for the employee in question

  3. Click Edit

  4. Select the Employee tab

  5. Enter the additional employee number below the listed one

  6. Click Add

  7. Click Update at the bottom

Once the employee logs in, they will need to click the " Person " icon located in the top right of ESS. This will allow them to now toggle between the location of the other employee number. Please reach out to Human Resources Support with any additional questions.
