Page Comparison

The process for printing Payroll Checks, Payroll Advices and Account Payable checks are independent programs.  Can use the same check number for a payroll check, a payroll advice and an AP check.  For example, can print a payroll check, a payroll advice and an accounts payable check under check number 123456.  But cannot print 2 payroll checks or advices with the same number ,unless they are issued from different cash accounts.  Once a payroll check has been printed for check number  number 123456, cannot print another payroll check for that number for the same cash account.
