  1. Navigate to General Revenues or Property Revenues → Payment Processing → Bill Refund Processing
  2. Click No to the payment redistribution question that pops up
  3. Click Plus sign
  4. Enter your bill category, year and bill number
  5. Click Accept
  6. Click Update
  7. Select a refund reason
  8. Tab to Int Ref field and enter the amount of paid interest you wish to refund
  9. Click Accept
  10. Click Output-Rel to continue processing the refund
