  1. Go to the Support Portal and open the case with the attachment: How to access support cases online.
  2.  Near Near the bottom of the page under the Attachments field, click on the attachment to view / download.
  3. If attachment opens in a new window or tab, click the arrow pointing down with a line underneath to download or click the printer to print.
  4. If attachment downloads, it may appear on the bottom of the web browser to open or will be in the Downloads folder or other specified location on the users work station for them to access.
