To grant a user Tyler Hub Administrative access:

  1. Sign into the desired HUB environment as a user with HUB Administrator permissions (usually Munis or Tylerservice).
  2. Click on the Administration settings (cog wheel) button on the top right side of the page.
  3. Under User Management click on Role Maintenance.
  4. Under User Application Rights click on System Administrator.
  5. Under Add Users select the necessary users and click Save at the bottom of the page.

The selected users are now set up as HUB Administrators and should have administrative access the next time they sign into the HUB environment.
