Under Administration>Deposit Accounts no No Image cash letter format is selected for the Deposit Account. This is a new setting in the web based version of Cashiering.

Under Administration>Image
  1. Log into Cashiering with an administrator account
  2. Navigate to Administration > Image Cash Letter Formats and make sure a format has been added.
Once a format has been added it can be selected under Administration>Deposit Accounts.
  2. Next, navigate to Administration > Deposit Accounts
  3. Click the pencil icon for the applicable deposit account
  4. Select the applicable image cash letter format from the dropdown
  5. Click Save
