Back out of GL Account Inquiry program and re-launch it before running the report again

No report data was provided. The file was not saved when posting from BL Create GL journals.

Revenue is missing from the GL when the GL Account Inquiry report is run

• Munis
• Business Licenses
• General Ledger
• Create GL Journals

GL journals have not been created for transactions processed in the Receipts Entry and Bill Adjustments programs

1. Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Collection Processing > Create GL Journals
2. Click Browse Batches to view all batches which do not yet have a GL Journal created
3. Click Back
4. Click Define
5. Enter search criteria to limit the posting, leave blank to post all
6. Click Accept
7. Click Select
8. Click Process
9. Click Yes
