When assigning a crew to a work order, the program is inputting the wmcr_hdr_id instead of the Crew Code.
  • Work orders with crews are displaying the incorrect employee ID as the Crew Lead Employee
  • Error when attempting to save new work order in Field Work:
    Save Work Order Failed
    Assigned Crew is invalid
  • Error creating template with crew:  Error fetching employee id - 2924   100

Install MUN-460022 once it is available

Workaround options:

  • Create work orders
in Field Work, Work Order Management or Asset Registry without templates
  • without templates and manually add crew information.  The employee will be correct, but the crew will still display with an incorrect value
  • If creating from Field Work with a template, select the correct crew from field help in order to save the record
