  1. Browse to Click on Munis Upgrade Prep Utility from Munis > System Administration > General Administration >Upgrade Prep Utility
    1. Click Define
    2. Enter Select the Version you are upgrading to Click Execute Tasksin the Upgrade target version drop down menu
    3. Click Accept
    4. Complete all Upgrade preparation tasks
      1. Click on an upgrade Preparation task
      2. Click Execute Task and follow on-screen instructions (instructions will vary from task to task)
    5. Check for DIA conditions
      1. Click Execute DIA
      2. Click the + icon to for all data conditions
      3. Click Ok
      4. Scroll through the list and resolve any DIA that are red
      5. Once all DIA conditions are green, Munis is ready to be upgraded to the version selected above
