For the items above: - The first budget item posted to a multiyear account takes precedence whether it is a Budget Completion Journal (BUC) or Budget Transfers and Amendment (BUA) and the roll forward should occur from that original budget item
- This should be the amount displaying in the header of the Life column, all other Budget Completion Journal (BUC) journals typically would not be included in the Life original budget header amount
- Budget completion journals with these comments 'BUDGET ROLL FORWARD XXXX' or possibly 'BUDGET ROLL ADJUSTMENT' should not display in the original budget header of the Life column
