User has not been added to the MunisUsers (or equivalent) Active Directory security group .  or the SharePoint gives a 24 hour "deny" token and won't allow access if they aren't a part of the correct security group in ADhas not yet passed

  1. Verify security groups for the user in question using running this command in a cmd command prompt: net user /domain "userID" userID 
    1. Replace userID with the user's AD username
    2. Do not replace domain with the domain name
  2. Add user to the MunisUsers security group (or equivalent)
  3. Once the user has been added to the correct group, they will be able to access Dashboard after the 24 hour "deny" token has expired (the timer starts after the initial message is received, subsequent attempts shouldn't reset it)
