On Premise Steps to correct:

  1. Verify Credentials on Munis Database server - password is in DPS
  2. Go to Tyler Deploy
  3. Select client that is affected 
  4. Open Product Configuration for Munis ERP
  5. Select Environment from dropdown
  6. Expand Munis ERP
  7. Scroll down to Cubes vars
  8. Edit the 'Cubes Staging SA User' and 'Cubes Staging SA User Password' fields if needed
  9. Update username and password with correct one from DPS
  10. Save
  11. Rerun deployment and verify success.

If this fails again, or if account/password is not listed in DPS, reach out to deployment engineer and have them verify password listed in DPS. If different password is provided, repeat process and try again. Also update in DPS.
