1. Click Pay Master under the Payroll Setup menu

2. After searching on your pay type, navigate to the Paychecks/Cycles tab

3. Change the Print Pay tab

Cause

The Print Pay field on the Pay Master is not set to Rate


The Print Pay field in the pay master was not set to Rate.

Resolution
  1. Access Pay Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master)
  2. Search for the pay type code
  3. Click Update
  4. Click on the Paychecks/Cycles tab
  5. Change the Print Pay option to R - Rate
  6. Click Accept
