There are two ways any given A site administrator can sync a user ID from Munis to TCM :1following the below steps.

Once a user is synced successfully, that user ID as well as the assigned MUNISUSERS group will exist in the TCM Full Client > Administration > Security Manager > Users. To also sync the assigned MU_xxx TCM security groups from Munis to TCM for any given user, please follow the remaining steps: Tyler MenuPlease note site administrators can also sync one or more user(s) from the TylerCM for Munis Settings screen as well (Tyler Menu > System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings) by selecting the Synchronize Users icon in the ribbon. Steps #4-5 above can be applied once that icon is selected. Completing the sync steps above will move only the User ID itself from Munis to the TCM Full Client. To ensure the corresponding TCM permissions are also synced from Munis to TCM, please complete the below steps.
Once a user ID and their corresponding permissions are synced successfully following the above steps, that user ID and all TCM permission groups that exist for that user in Munis should also appear in the TCM Full Client >> Administration > Security Manager > Users. |
