We are importing into Time Entry and are getting multiple GL errors on every single pay for all employees. Once the employees are in the payroll we get a GL warning. On the Time Entry Import File: "Unable to find account on GL Master for validation for employee xxxx" From within Time Entry Detail: "Invalid Org code/Restrictions prevent you from using this Org." From Earnings and Deductions once the batches are moved: "W-GL Account Not Found" |

The import file exported from Time Clock Plus had several extra spaces in front of the Org and Object codes. |

Contact the time keeping software company and request the extra spaces be removed from the export file. |

This error could also mean the Pay code, From Date, and/or To Date in the import file do not match what is in Employee Job/Salary. Which means either the data in the import file needs to be corrected, or Employee Job/Salary needs to be corrected. |
