There are three two ways any given site administrator can sync a user ID from Munis to TCM: 1. - Tyler Menu
- System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings
- Synchronize Users
- Select user ID(s) to be synced
- Use tcmadmin credentials (found on Site Report) to complete sync. Please consult your site/system administrator if you do not have access to these credentials.
2. - Tyler Menu
- System Administration > Security > User Attributes > search on user ID
- Syncrhonize Users
- Select user ID(s) to be synced
- Use tcmadmin credentials (found on Site Report) to complete sync. Please consult your site/system administrator if you do not have access to these credentials.
3.Once a user is synced successfully, that user ID as well as the assigned MUNISUSERS group will exist in the TCM Full Client > Administration > Security Manager > Users.
To also sync the assigned MU_xxx TCM security groups from Munis to TCM for any given user, please follow the remaining steps:
- Tyler Menu
- System Administration > Security > User Attributes > search on user ID
- Under the Roles tab, remove any given role and add it back. This will trigger role calc to run in case the synchronize users function did not.
Once a user is synced successfully, that user ID and all - and add those MU_xxx TCM security groups
that exist for that - to the corresponding user ID
in Munis should also appear - in the TCM Full Client > Administration > Security Manager > Users.
