The following steps are for sites using the 2019 desktop version of Cashiering. Sites utilizing TID-W and web-based Cashiering should follow: Tyler Cashiering Area 51 Error When Logging In
Tyler Cashiering Account Creation and Sync Setting - Administrator will log into Munis Cloud Admin using the Munis username and password
- Click on User Account Management > Manage User Accounts in the menu
- You will be prompted for your 2 Factor Authentication. Enter the code from your Google Authenticator app
- Search for the user you wish to modify under Find a user…
- Click on View Details
- Click on Create SQL Cashiering Account
Password Syncing This gives the user one password for both Munis and Cashiering accounts. - Log into Munis Cloud Admin using your Munis username and password
- You may need to wait up to 15 minutes before logging into Cashiering with your Munis password.
