Once the IL Employment Security Report has been created: - Navigate to https://www2.illinois.gov/ides/Pages/default.aspx
- Login to MyTax Illinois , and click on and scroll down to the Unemployment Insurance under the Accounts tab section
- Select the Upload ICESA File option View All Account Options link on the right hand side of the screen
- On the following screen select Upload Quarterly ICESA file
- Follow the workflow through each screen and e-Sign the submission
