Navigate to Roles 

1. EERP > System Administration > Security > Roles 

Search on Role 

Click Accept 

Select HR Management / Payroll folder 

Select Category Access tab 

Click Update 

Locate the USER DEFINED FIELDS Category 

Select No Access under the Employee Master column 

1. If desired, select No Access for Terminated Employees, Projections, and Personnel Actions columns

Click Accept

After updates, users should no longer see the User Defined tab in Employee Master
