Click 

  1. Click Search

  2. Enter

the 

  1. the meter number

 in

  1.  in the on the Meter Serial # field

Click 

  1. Click Accept

  2. Click the Update Detail button at the bottom of the screen

  3. Using

  1. the Tab

  1.  Key on your keyboard, tab to the # of dials field and update to an 8 or 9

Click 

  1. Click Accept

This will now allow you to update the reading in the Calculate Charges program and run Calculate ALL and there error will not surface
