While Reading is greater than number of dials while running Calculate Charges:   reading is greater than number of dials (7)

Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Meter/Flat Inventory Management > Meters 

1. Click Search
2. Enter the meter number in the on the Meter Serial # field
3. Click Accept
4. Click the Update Detail button at the bottom of the screen
5. Using the Tab Key on your keyboard, tab to the # of dials field and update to an 8 or 9
6. Click Accept

This will now allow you to update the reading in the Calculate Charges program and run Calculate ALL and there error will not surface
