  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles Roles.
  2. Search for the Role Role.
  3. Select the Menu Security TabSelect Edit.
  4. Select the menu header you wish to edit. The Caption field corresponds to the menu header in the Munis menu. 
  5. Use the Back and Forward options to navigate to Munis programs within each menu header.
    1. Example: Click Human Capital Management, then Forward; click Payroll, then Forward, etc..
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Add or remove checkmarks in the Role Access column to grant or remove access to Munis programs 
  8. Select Accept from the Ribbon to save changes.
  9. End user will need to log out and back of/log into Munis and refresh Tyler Menu to see changes. 
    1. Next to Tyler Menu, click three dots.
    2. Click Refresh.
