Within the Advice Register and Export step of the payroll, the Effective Entry field on the Main tab was defined with the incorrect date, or it was left blank.

The Effective Entry date needs to be adjusted to reflect the date the file will be submitted to the bank.

  1. Go

to 

  1. to Payroll Start and Status (Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)

Click 

  1. Click Search.

  2. Define Warrant of desired payroll.

Click 

  1. Click Accept, then

click 

  1. click Change
