There is no approve button in The Approve button is missing from the Pending W-4 Requests program.

1. Navigate to the Roles program ERP>System Administration>Security>Roles ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles
2. Click the Search button in  in the tool bar
3. Search for on the role Role associated with the user
4. Click on the HR Management / Payroll Folder
5. Click on the Category Access tab
6. Locate the the Employee Deductions category Employee Deductions
7. Ensure that Update/Delete is selected under the Employee Master tab for Employee Deductions
