  1. Go to Tax Settings by Searching or following the path:  Property Revenue> Property tax billing > Northeast > Massachusetts> Assessor Set up> Tax settings.

  2. Cick the

Collections

  1. Collections tab.

  2. Click update and enter the desired name in the Collector field then click accept.

  3.  Click Close to exit Tax Settings.

  4. Print a MLC to verify changes took effect.
