TID-Citizen supports multi-factor authentication.

To enable:

  1. Navigate to the TCP profile at: https://profile.tylerportico.com/portal/profile Select Edit profile info from the profile page
  2. Click Privacy Settings on the left hand side
  3. Select Extra verification
  4. Choose the method for the second authenticationSMS Slide the Enable extra verification 
  5. Click Setup for desired authenticator and follow steps to setup 
    • Okta Verify
    • Google Authenticator
    • SMS authentication (text message)
    • E-mail authentication
