Import Journals- template to use for Standard Excel Import

Unable to find an Excel template to import journals.

Import Journals

User is not aware of the Generate or Generate Excel Template option.

The Import Journals program offers an option to create a Standard Excel Import template.

Financials> General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Import Journals

• In 11.3, select Define, then click Generate Excel Template to the right of the Import Source field. 
• In versions 2017.1 and above, select Define, then click Generate to the right of the Import format field.
• Open the downloaded file showing on the lower screen.
