On-Prem:

Go to the desired environment's hub page.

1. From the hub menu, navigate to System Administration > General Administration > Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information
2. Select the Database tab
3. Select Munis Connections tab
4. Take note of the connection number
   1. The process number is in the third column

Now go to the desired environment's SQL database server.

1. In a new query, kill the desired connection number
   1. Example query: kill 141
