How does Report Hours Scheduled on the generate define screen affect the TX TRS records I generate?

On the RP20, either Hours Worked is reported, or Hours Scheduled.
The Report Hours Scheduled option forces Hours Worked to report as 0 so Hours Scheduled is reported in all cases, when the employee has earnings for a Job Class within the defined Report Hours Schedueld range.
