Description of Issue

When trying to update the address on a Maine VR the print pop-up comes up before the change can be made

Cause

Informational

Resolution
  1. General Revenues > Vehicle Registration > Vehicle Registration Processing
  2. Click Correction in the ribbon
  3. Select Non-monetary correction from the transaction Type dropdown
  4. Scroll down and click on the Mailing address field
  5. Enter identifying information to locate the registration that needs to be updated
  6. Click Accept
  7. Enter the correct address information
  8. Click Accept
