Description of Issue
- When supervisors go to their in progress evaluation and add text, they are seeing their entries be reverted or lost

Cause
- This can be caused by not selecting Save in evaluation after clicking Done
Resolution
- To resolve, have all supervisors select Save after entering text and after clicking Done
