Description of Issue

Errors on General Ledger Utility Reports

Context

  • Financials

  • GL Encumbrance

  • GL Memo Balance

  • PL Balance Check

  • RQ Amount

Cause

A posting of some kind did not update the account correctly

Resolution

1. Run the appropriate GL Utility Report and save a copy of the report results.

2. Contact MUNIS Support for assistance and provide them a copy of the report for review.
