Description of Issue

Prior to EdLink, we only submitted staff non-attendance during the June EOY cycle, but now they want it all year. Is there something different that needs to be done to get the staff attendance file to build for the October submission?

Cause


Resolution

Currently, when clients are required to create non-attendance records, they select "Generate Leave Records" on the Generate screen and then select "Report Leave Records" when they create the submission files.

There is no change.  Any time they need non-attendance records, they would select those two options.
