Enterprise ERP

Navigate to Enterprise ERP>System Administration>Security>User Attributes
Search for the employee having the issue
Scroll down to the bottom and click Add
Add an ESSTIMEENTRY role (if there is no ESSTIMEENTRY role available, you can create one and then add it to the user)
Click Accept

ESS

Navigate to ESS>Home>Administration>User Administration
Search for the user
Click Edit
Sync their Munis ID (if their Munis ID box is populated remove what is there, click update and then re-sync)
