Access GL accounts on miscellaneous payments in Payment Entry

Unable to change GL account allocation when entering miscellaneous receipt

• User Attributes

User role(s) have Accounts Receivable permission Access GL accounts on miscellaneous payments set to Disallow. 

System Administration > Security > Roles

1. Click Search.

2. Enter the Role Id.

3. Click Accept.

4. Double-click the Accounts Receivable folder.

5. Click Update.

6. Change the dropdown for Access GL accounts on miscellaneous payments to either Allow or Allow non-cash accounts only.

7. Click Accept.
