When trying to generate the Correct 1095C, the error is prompted, No data available, the search option was not used or it returned no data

1095-C Form does not output with the Corrected box checked

The corrected employee 1095 records did not have the Record Status of P - Corrected - Pending Resubmission

  1. Navigate to ERP>HCM>Payroll>1095 B/C Processing> Employee 1095 B/C Records
  2. Search for the records that have been corrected
  3. Click Update in the tool bar
  4. Select Record Status of P - Corrected - Pending Resubmission
  5. Click Accept

These changes will allow you now to generate the Correct 1095C.

  • Reprint the Form:
    • via ReadyForms Delivery Definition
    • or Direct Print from Enterprise ERP on a pre-printed stock.
