In new versions of Munis 2018.1+ the Print GL Accounts on Miscellaneous Receipts is now located in Accounts Receivable User Preferences opposed to older versions of Munis 11.3 and lower have this option enabled during the completion of a Miscellaneous Cash Receipt. Once this feature is enabled, a user may toggle it on/off during the Misc Cash Receipt Entry towards the bottom of the screen if for instance they did not want GL Accounts on a specific receipt. 

1. Navigate to General Revenues>Accounts Receivables>Setup>Accounts Receivable User Preferences.
2. Click search and enter the Relevant UserId
3. Click Update
4. In the Preferences section of this module, check the box labeled enable Print G/L Accounts on Miscellaneous Receipts. 

Please note that Accounts Receivable User Preferences is an individual setting module and not a global setting.
