Site IT should be able fix issue by doing the following:

  1. Login to the Server where DocOrigin forms (TylerForms) are installed. Most sites have with TCM server.
  2. Identify the drive that TylerForms folder is located for Ex.: E or D
    1. Navigate to the folder where forms images are normally processed: E:\TylerForms\munprod\User\FolderMonitor\munprod13
    2. Identify if all forms images are failing or just specific ones. Make note of the most recent one that failed and the date on that file
    3. Navigate to E:\TylerForms\munprod\User\Forms\Archive\FormName
    4. Right-click on the jetform.rsp file and open with Notepad
    5. The error is normally located on the line in the middle of that file. Examples of errors:
      1. Account locked: Too many failed attempts - possible causes: incorrect password; sync users in Munis; or mismatch password
      2. The request failed with HTTP status 401 - caused by mismatch password
  3. Launch TCM desktop client for affected environment. See instructions in: How to Access and Launch the TCM Full Client

  5. Click Administration
  6. Click Security Manager
  7. Search for tcmadmin in the search bar at the upper right
