How to retrieve Hub error logs

Context

Tyler Hub

Cause

Resolution

NOTE: you must have the administrator role in Hub to retrieve logs

Once logged into Hub as administrator:

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Click Logs and Diagnostics
  3. Select the desired date under Available logs.  (Click Logs first if not seeing Available Logs.)
    1. Latest versions of Hub System Logs
