  3. Confirm/enter email address in the User ID: box
  4. Enter the captcha characters in the picture or words from the audio
  5. Click Next
  6. Click Email 
  7. An email will be sent to the email address specified with a verification code
  8. Enter the verification code from the email into the password reset screen
  9. Click Next
  10. Enter a new password in the Enter new password: box
  11. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm new password: box
  12. Click Finish

• If you are currently logged into your account, please follow these steps
  1. Immediately after logging in to your account, click on the person icon in the top right of the page
  2. You will be brought to a new page to set the new password and confirm
  3. Click Update Registration once the password has been set
