Description of Issue

311 requests that create a service request do not show a reference number when converted to a Work Order in the Work Order Management and Field Work programs

Resolution

Install MUN-435619 once it's been released

Workaround: Enable Auto-convert service requests on the Activity Code to have the Tyler 311 requests create Work Orders
