Description of Issue
Our contract states that Tyler updates our Tax Tables for us, do I need to schedule something for that?

- Tax Tables
Resolution
- Munis Implementation Team will reach out to sites to update their tax tables if the site is contracted for this service.
- This communication typically goes out mid to late December unless the tax tables are released sooner.
- The Site does not need to reach out to schedule this service, however if there are any questions please email TaxTableUpdates@tylertech.com.

Additional Information
- For the 2021 tax tables
- Communication was sent to clients on 11/04/2021
- For the 2022 tax tables
- Communication will be sent differently than in prior years.
- First communication was sent on 11/18/2022.
- A second communication will be sent on/around 12/2/2022 with a scheduling tool included.
- Clients can use the scheduling tool to reserve their update time based upon resource availability.
- Once reserved, the scheduling tool will automatically generate an invite and add the session to the outlook calendars of the participants.
