Modify or reverse Adjusting Entries- ACFR

Can I delete/modify adjusting entries made through ACFR?

How can I reverse a n adjusting entry from last year in the current year of ACFR?

Adjusting entry needs to be modified, deleted, or reversed

Adjusting entries can be copied to the current year or modified/deleted in previous years based on the Year and Entity selected

Define Entity Year

1. Click the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen
2. Select the desired Entity from the first dropdown
3. Select the desired Year from the second dropdown
   1. These selections will determine what year adjusting entries are being made for as well as what items are available for viewing/copying

To reverse a last year adjustment in the Current year, follow the steps below

Adjustments > Adjusting Entries

1. Select the three vertical dots o the left hand side of the screen
2. Copy existing entries
3. Select desired items
4. Select
5. Copy
6. Adjusting entry will be created and can be modified as needed

Modify/Delete previously entered Adjusting Entry

Adjustments > Adjusting Entries

1. Navigate through the Governmental or Business type adjustments to locate thee desired entry
2. Select the Entry to be adjusted or deleted
   1. To Delete existing entries
      1. Click the three vertical dots on the left side of the page. 
      2. Click Delete
      3. Yes
   2. To Modify existing entries
      1. Make desired changes to entry using options on screen to add or remove lines as needed
      2. Sav
