RBAC User Attributes Report

Report showing user access in Munis

• RBAC - Role Based Access Control
• User Attributes
• Permissions/Security

1. Access System Administration > Security > User Attributes. Click Search. 
2. In the User Account Status, Select 1-Enabled. Click Accept. This will bring in all enabled users.
3. Click PDF (or Output, Print, or Display) Select Summary or Detailed. If select Detailed, check detail options needed on the report. Click Ok.

If the report is needed for a specific module, after searching for all enabled users, at the bottom of the screen:

1. Click on the filter icon under Filter active set.
2. Select Product and Module. Click Go.  Click PDF (or Output, Print, or Display). Select Detailed. Check the options needed on the report. Click Ok.
