Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pl_prtneretc.' Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.prtnretc.'

Cause
More than one TN Retirement Maintenance record.
Resolution
Delete all but one TN Retirement Maintenance record for each employee.
Additional Information
The Employer Code used to report the employee will come from the Employer Code defined on the TN Retirement Employer Contribution Report Generate screen and not from Maintenance. Don't create one Maintenance record for each Employer Code that an employee should be reported under.
