How to Remove Signature Key Dependency from ReadyForms Templates

Instructions to allow ReadyForms checks and POs to print without a void, even without a secure print module

1. Go to ReadyForms template configuration Page
2. Using the side menu, navigate to the form type you wish to remove the void from
3. Double-Click the template that will be edited
4. Go to the Forms Design tab
5. Click on the Use Secure Print Module option to turn it off
   1. If the switch is grey, it is off. If it is yellow, the secure print module will be required

• In Munis 2019.1 and above, the template configuration screen can be accessed from the Tyler menu from the path ReadyForms>ReadyForms Administration
• In Munis 11.3, the template configuration screen can be accessed from its own separate URL
