Description of Issue

The Scheduled System Jobs in ExecuTime are no longer kicking off by themselves

Context

Cause

Scheduled system jobs stop running if they try to run and cannot get a successful connection to the SQL Server even after the SQL Connectivity has been restored.

Resolution

In order to get your scheduled system jobs back to running, it will require an ExecuTime restart. If you are unable to restart ExecuTime, please contact your PM/IC or Support to have this completed. 

How to restart the ExecuTime Service

Additional Information

This is also a known issue that has been fixed by ExecuTime Development and will require an upgrade of your ET version. Please contact your PM/IC or Support to put in an upgrade ticket.
