Description of Issue
An account segment needs to be longer than it is for added detail.
A Munis Employee password is required when clicking on Update in General Ledger Settings on the Segment Sizes tab.
Site is Live and there are transactions on accounts with segment sizes as listed.

Cause
A password prompt generates to prevent changing segment sizes to protect the integrity of data.
Resolution
If the site is Live, a length update to Segment Sizes can only be made by Professional Services, which involves a fee. Please submit a request for a quote on Tyler Community.
- Go to support.munis.com
- Click on Access Community under Tyler Community.
- Select Click for more client resources
- Select Submit a request for quote or product suggestion
- Follow step 3 for competing a Request for Quote form, RFQ specification document
If the site is not Live yet, please contact Implementation/Implementation analysts.
