Unsure of how much time will be required when Version 2021.1 is installed to their TEST environment.
Resolution
Testing time (days) will vary depending on the scope of your use of Munis, integration with other Tyler solutions (e.g., TCM, ExecuTime, EnerGov, etc.), and migration to Tyler ReadyForms. Review Tyler Community > Upgrade Resource Center > Working with the Upgrade in Test.
